✧Raven's Blues
A non-acholic green tea mixed with sweet syrups of blueberry and raspberries, drizzled in turns to give it a layered look, before its mixed with rounded balls of ice, giving it a purple look. Perfect for a quick pep up or just something sweet to bring joy to the soul. Named after our very own Greyson Raven.
Wine
✧Saint-Reymanaud, Domaine de Ishgard
Clear and idyllically pure in its glass, the Saint-Reymanaud does its namesake justice. Aged in steel instead of oak barrels, its delicate character of fruits and floral aromas are preserved with full clarity. Hints of peach, pear, and honeysuckle accompany the welcome texture of this rounded, light, and soft wine against the tongue.
✧Vylbrand Pink, Single Estate La Noscean Rose of Wineport
Shimmering and pale, this wine’s salmon pink hue represents its freshness and purity well. Pronounced morello cherry and summer fruits are soft and lush flavours that complement the unique taste of famous Wineport Noble Grapes. The aroma itself is fruity, revealing the use of ripe cherries in the making. Its flavour is lightly sweet, crisp, and tangy. It's intense, stylish, and moreish with a smooth and sleek texture.
✧Memento Mourvèdre
An intense red-blend wine of a pre-Calamity Ishgardian vintage. Silky and lush upon first sip, the drinker will enjoy notes of sanguine blackberry and plum. Beneath the surface lies an iron tang of fresh blood and tobacco smoke, sure to leave the drinker thirsting for more. This drink is named after our very own Aster Allaire.
Whiskey
✧Agelyss Rye Vintage
The Summerford distillery of Vylbrand combines its whiskey making heritage with patriotic celebration, crafting spirits that delight the palate and celebrate their homeland. Using water from the clear Agelyss river and a blend of 53% malted rye and 47% malted barley, they mature the whiskey in charred oak casks to help it deliver a bold and spicy profile with layers of complexity. Expect the aroma of vanilla caramel, oak, and rye spice, and a palate of warm pepper, dried oak, and a subtle toffee kiss to finish.
✧The Hhusatahwi Homestead Sour Mash Whiskey
A limited annual bottling from Hhusatahwi, Shaaloani, that is a blend of two of its own whiskeys. Aged in Acacia casks from Mehwahhetsoan, they deliver a beautiful, complex profile of honey, floral, and nutty notes into this medium-bodied, warming whiskey. Its palate notes are soft vanilla, acacia, and creme caramel, and its finish is warm, with a lingering and gentle spice.
Sake
✧Demesne Yamahai Junma
This is a Junmai sake made for the pleasure of connoisseurs. Sharp, dry, and smooth altogether, it is ideal for warming and is a flagship export of Doma. Made with rice from the Enclave Demesne, the plots of land that fed the Doman resistance, it is a drink not only made of the deepest quality but also helps to rebuild the land that was razed. Its mild astringency is balanced by a faintly discernible toffee-like sweetness. Best served warmed.
✧Gensui Tokubetsu Junmai
With a first impression of sweet banana in this beautiful, soft, and clean Junmai’s aroma, it encourages the drinker to begin sipping immediately. The profile taste of melon and pear moves in, to tangle with the umami flavours that emerge from the bottle as it moves from chilled to room temperature. High quality and perfect for beginners and connoisseurs alike. Serve chilled, room temperature, or warmed.
✧The House Sake-Namai Umeshu
Using only rice converted with koji to make this clear, pink coloured sake is infused with Ume plum. It is beautiful, light, and has a pronounced aroma of sweet plum and chestnuts, with an added kick of bitterness and unsweetened, natural dark cherry and peach flavours. Though it is considered a mostly sweet sake, this Umeshu is all natural and free from added sugar or syrup. Enjoy straight, on the rocks, or experiment as a cocktail mixer- but, like the Lady of the house herself, always chilled.This drink is named after our very own Fae Ren
Cocktails
✧Madame Ren
Served in a large Coupe Glass with a Yuzu peel garnish, the Madame Ren consists of a healthy pour of White rum and a large glug Namai Umeshu Sake added to a shaker with ice. To flavour and sweeten, Yuzu juice, Yukari rice seasoning, and Vanilla syrup all join the chosen alcohol base, and they are all shaken together to promote total infusion. Once shaken, this semi-sweet cocktail is strained into the glass, garnished, and then served. Named after our very own Fae Ren.
✧The Rousing Dark
60ml Black Cherry Vodka, 40ml Espresso, 15ml Coffee Liqueur, Chocolate coated Coffee Beans, optional Limsan Cream.Dark, bitter, and rich, the rousing dark cocktail calls for a drinker as elegant as its ingredients. After icing a shaker, Black cherry Vodka, a double shot of chilled Espresso, and a dribble of unsweetened Coffee liqueur are poured in and shaken vigorously until frothy. Served into a Coupe glass and garnished with dark chocolate-coated coffee beans, though this drink does have a Black cherry base, it is for those who enjoy bitter flavours. Whether or not it is sweetened with honey, simple syrup, or a shot of sweet Limsan cream is at the discretion of the consumer and their bartender.
✧Kusachi Verdance
40ml Whisky, 10ml Honey syrup, ¼ teaspoon powdered Matcha,10ml Yuzu juice, 60ml Club soda, Yuzu peel garnish.Whisky, Honey syrup, Yuzu juice, and a small amount of powdered Matcha are added to an iced cocktail shaker and shaken vigorously. This lightly sweet, grassy, earthy, and warm mixture (that is rumoured to be curative of the common cold) is then poured into an ice filled Collins glass and topped off with Club soda and stirred. Garnish with Yuzu peel.
✧The Sage Empressa
60ml Purple Elderflower Rose Gin, 3 tbsp Pink Peppercorn and Sage Syrup, 1 tbsp Pear Liqueur, ChampagneAromatic and floral, the Sage Empressa boasts a deeply fragrant and yet sweet profile. This cocktail is stirred, and as such, Purple elderflower Gin is first poured into a Nick and Nora glass before the Pink peppercorn and Sage syrup joins it. After being given a healthy stir, the Pear liqueur joins the drink to add in a more fruity, less aromatic sweetness. After being stirred gently, for a final time, it is topped with chilled Champagne and garnished with Rose petals and a Sage leaf.
✧The Salt of Rhalgr
This punch of a cocktail is equal parts Limsa Dry Gin, Lillet Blanc, and Dry Coerthan Vermouth. Before pouring, Grapefruit Bitters are smoked over Gyr Abanian Rock Salt, make their presence known to add a bright and complex citrus flavour to an already fresh and bittersweet cocktail. All of that is then mixed and poured over two ice cubes and a sweet Stewed Fig. Once finished with the more savoury liquid layer, the drinker is rewarded with a gooey, sticky, and sweet treat at the bottom.This lightly pink-tinged drink comes with a Rock Salt garnish!

✧Tranquil Dreams
40ml Coconut milk, 15ml Lavender syrup, 15ml Vanilla liqueur, 40ml Creme de cacao, Marshmallow, Dried lavender.Served optionally hot or cold, this cocktail is very simple mixed together- no shaker needed. In a Hurricane glass, pour equal parts Lavender syrup and Vanilla liqueur, stirring them together. Then continue stirring as the coconut milk, and then Creme de cacao is added. Garnish with a Marshmallow and Dried lavender. Chilled, this saccharine drink goes down smoothly and is a pleasurably relaxing experience. Served warm, the Tranquil Dreams is a comforting, soporific, and warming precursor to bedtime.
Other Substances
✧The House Fogweed
Cured with fire shards and finely chopped, this substance provides a fragrant aroma that helps calm one's nerves.
✧The House Moko Grass
An herb that, when dried and smoked, can provide calming effects. This sticky herb, when smoked, can cause body tingling as well as an increased appetite. This strain is homegrown and cultivated by the house.
✧Assa'rai
A mixture of Somnus and Fogweed. This combination is to provide just enough of the hallucinatory effects of Somnus without the danger of finding yourself in the eternal slumber. *Please note that even cut, it is suggested to consume only a small amount. Discretion is advised.Named after our very own Nameless.
